Mark R. Gold

Principal, United Valuation Services

Mark Gold has been a certified public accountant since 1979 and is licensed to practice in the State of Florida. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Hartford in 1977.

After graduating, he was associated with a mid-size local firm in Connecticut, performing a wide variety of accounting and tax work. As senior accountant for a $200 million manufacturing company, he conducted nationwide internal audits for both the parent company and its subsidiaries.

Mark Gold has an extensive knowledge of financial reporting, tax compliance and tax planning experience. In addition, he performs business valuations and litigation support services for various businesses and appears in court as an expert witness.

Mark Gold holds the designations of ABV, accredited in business valuation, from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and CBA, certified business appraiser, from the Institute of Business Appraisers.  He holds memberships with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Institute of Business Appraisers.

Mark currently resides in Coral Springs, Florida with his wife Debbie and two sons. His leisure activities include tennis and little league coaching.




Brad N. McIver

Principal, United Valuation Services

Brad N. McIver, CPA, ABV, CFE, CFF has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1989 and is licensed to practice in the State of Florida. Mr. McIver received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University in 1987. For the past 20 years he has worked for public accounting firms where he developed an extensive background in business valuation strategies, tax planning and audit techniques.

Mr. McIver uses this business experience to provide innovative techniques to perform due diligence engagements, forensic accounting and litigation consulting. He has earned the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credential and belongs to the Association of Fraud Examiners. Mr. McIver is skilled in the prevention and detection of fraud in small to medium-size businesses.

Mr. McIver also holds the prestigious Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has special expertise in providing valuations for small to medium-size businesses for shareholder disputes, mergers and acquisitions and estate and gift tax planning.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Brad resides in Coconut Creek with his wife. During his leisure time he enjoys golf in the summer and snow skiing in the winter.




Salvatore Bochicchio

Principal, United Valuation Services

Sal Bochicchio, CPA, earned his Bachelor of Science degree from C.W. Post College in 1977 and his MS degree in taxation from Pace University in 1985. A certified public accountant since 1979, he is licensed to practice in both Florida and New York.

Mr. Bochicchio has proven his expertise in business valuations by earning the prestigious credentials Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

He is primarily involved in the valuation of small to medium sized businesses. His services are used in mergers and acquistions, buy-sell agreements, estate and gift tax planning and divorces. He has over 30 years of experience with medium-sized local and national accounting firms during which time he acquired expertise in federal income taxation, estate planning, IRS audit and appeals representation, business valuations, and litigation support services.

Mr. Bochicchio is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Tax Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and its Forensic and Valuation Section.
